Update Resume?

Is it true that you should update your resume even after you’ve submitted the Candidate Activities Record to USAFA? I was recently selected to play a lead in my school musical and was wondering if I should report something like this or if USAFA would even care.

Yes, mention it! Email your admissions team with a pdf of everything new with a description and the name, email, and maybe phone number of someone who can verify. Every new experience helps.
