Updating CAR

I have an alternate MOC nomination and have been 3Q'd. My dean of students just verfied new information to be put into my CAR to my regional commander. My update included many new accomplishment, but only the captaincy of my gymnastics team was entered. I was selected to attend the United States Senate Youth Program and was elected into new leadership roles and wanted to know if I should press further to have these listed.

My current accaldes include:
Girls State and Girls Nation
Captain of Varsity Debate team
President of NHS
Freshman Mentor
Vice President of Jr. Class
etc....

any insight would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to come across as too pushy.

Email your regional technician, his/her email address should be available on your candidate portal. When I wanted to update my accomplishments, that's who I contacted, but as for the CAR itself I am not sure.
