There is three related to dental imaging, immunization form, direct deposit form, legal paperwork, police records check, parental consent form, and a vision survey.

I know those are things that are part of the admit kit that accepted candidates have to complete. However even as an already accepted candidate, I do not see any of those things on my portal yet, only birth certificate, tattoo form, fingerprints, and eqip. My guess is it is just a technical glitch.
