I need help! I’ve been trying to finish my pre-candidate questionnaire, but the class size isn’t going through. I tried inputting 100+ which is my original class size. So I tried putting it down to 30 and it still says value is too large. Moreover, I tried 2 and 0 still too large.

Try different browsers, including Internet Explorer. Sometimes these sites are optimized for certain browsers.

interesting, try and refresh the browser page (I used chrome). If all fails contact tech support and explain the issue to them, hopefully they can help.

If you’re using an iPhone or ipad, try a computer. using different browsers usually solves that issue.

That happened back in the day for my son as well. I remember it bc It was A weird little glitch that he said he had to type the number in a word doc, cut and paste it into his app.

Another tip: Disable all plug-ins/extensions like ad-blockers.
