Absolutely but it looks like you need a few more posts to PM ( 10 is the threshold, I think) so just be creative. Btw, were you at the Blue Chip Dinner this past Dec ? If so, did you and your parents sit at table 26 ?

I submitted my application the last week of October. Senator Nelson notified me of my nomination in mid-November and my representative (Mr. Bilirakis) also nominated me about a week later.

Raptor22, the date on my appointment letter is 2/7/17. (Although it was not up before the 11th; I definitely would have noticed! ;))

My DS applied last year and it wasn't until May that he heard and was offered a Falcon Scholarship. He is at one of the 6 Prep Schools the Academy is affiliated with and had we known about the Falcon Scholarship, we would have hoped for this, more than an appointment as it has helped to better prepare him academically and physically. We are playing the waiting game again this year but fully expect an appointment. It's excruciating waiting!
 
I just got notified today of my acceptance to USAFA! The date on the letter is from the 7th, however.. I applied out of Levittown, PA and received my nomination from Congressman Michael Fitzpatrick.

My application was all finished up by November 15th. I first received an email from USAFA Admissions notifying me that there was a new message on my portal, and of course that message ended up being a letter of appointment.
