I've already read up on it a little. Can someone inform me on the Combat Shooting Team? Not the Rifle Team. On some requirements? Or when are tryouts? Can I tryout as a freshman? In all seriousness and being realistic I am pretty sure I can make it because I most definitely have experience and other things, but can someone just throw some details out there for me? Oh and by the way im in class of 2024. I just know there are most definitely some alumni and current students on here that have information :).
 
It’s pretty secretive and I have multiple squad mates on it but just know the tryout is a lot a lot of PT. No shooting experience/skill required or desired. If you really really want it and are in good shape you’ll make it.

A lot of the guys on the team are ones that want to go into Special Operations so they take physical conditioning very seriously. Tryouts are right at the beginning of the Ac Year.

Tryouts have nothing to do with marksmanship skills. Expect to have a long night if you do decide to tryout, good luck. (Close friend is on CST)
