Hi my DODMERB approved my waiver and said "USAFA CQ"
Does anyone know what CQ means in terms of medical qualifications?
 
It stands for Commission Qualified. Pretty sure that means that you're not pilot or navigator qualified, medically. I read on a thread that people also get PNQ and PPQ - Potential Navigator Qualified and Potential Pilot Qualified - as their DoDMERB status. However, someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Would that show on the USAFA portal or on the actual DoDMERB website? My USAFA portal just says qualified (it has for months).

Sorry to step in here, but if it just says "qualified" does that mean that one is qualified for everything or does it have its own meaning as well?
 
Usually USAFA just puts "qualified" on your portal and doesn't tell you what you're qualified for until you get there. Not sure why they added the CQ part on hellofriend123's DoDMERB.
