Hey just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a USAFA/ROTC hopeful from Reno, NV. Senior in high school. Waiting on my nomination (I should know if I got them by the end of the year), and my appointment to the USAFA.

Thanks! Hopefully I know of my appointment soon also. I finally got all the documents in, and my councelor said that my file should have gone to the selections board by last friday. Just a waiting game now! :biggrin:

Gahhh I'm so excited right now!! I just got my nomination letter from Congressman Dean Heller today! Just a few more steps and I will hopefully be on my way to the USAFA!

Saw your thread. My son is junior in high school in TX, plays varsity middle linebacker and your picture made me think of him! He's applying to the USAFA. I hope you get an appointment! Please let me know how you do. I am excited for you that you got a nomination.
