USAFA SUMMER SEMINAR RESULTS

So never received an email but checked the portal and he was not accepted to the summer seminar.

Don't read anything into getting accepted into summer seminar or not. DS#1 wasn't accepted but received an appointment in late Nov. Also, not everyone will accept, and there will be a few more notifications. DS#2 was just accepted to the virtual summer seminar but will decline because it conflicts with USNA summer seminar.
 
DS was accepted to the 2022 virtual summer seminar. The offer letter shows an April 1st date. He could not attend the physical seminar due to a date scheduling conflict. Does anyone have good Intel on how the virtual seminar works.

Hope is not lost! I was not accepted into summer seminar, but I received an appointment last month. If your son is set on seeing the academy and meeting cadets, I highly recommend you check out a summer sports camp. It's an interesting look into the athletics side of the academy and a great opportunity to ask questions for a week.

Also don't forget about bumping up SAT scores this summer, I believe that and EMT school were the main differences between my applications.
 
twin DSs both received virtual invitations
neither are sure what to do.b/c of summer sports
