USASA weight standards

Hi,
I am trying to confirm the height/weight requirements for the Air Force Academy. I noticed that the maximum weight requirements listed on the academy website are lower than the ROTC height/weight standards. Can anyone confirm if there is a different weight standard for AF ROTC vs. the Academy?

The USAFA is several thousand feet above sea level. At that altitude, exhaustion and altitude sickness is a worry for cadets when they arrive in the summer. It takes awhile to get acclimated to the environment, and it helps if your in shape. The stringent standards are to ensure a smooth transition to Academy life. The ROTC program can occur anywhere in the country, so altitude sickness isn't a contributing factor.
