The MH-65s are being phased out. Projected date is 2035. As the above article states, the CG will increase the number of MH-60Ts. In addition, other articles have stated the CG has interest in replacing the 65s with tilt rotor platforms.

A friend of mine works for Boeing and is one of their engineers working on on the Defiant-X in partnership with Sikorsky. That looks like one hell of a platform!
