DS accepted his appointment last week. So far, all that shows up on his portal Admit Kit is a small handful of items needing to be addressed: travel, points of contact, personal information, tattoo form, covid info, fingerprints and e-QIP. Based on other threads I have read, it seems that there are additional items that appear in the portal and require the green check off. Does this show up later?

Yes, I believe my DS completed the tatto form, personal info, points of contact, and a couple other initial information before the other tabs opened up, to include inmunization form, dental info, direct deposit authorization, vision survey, life insurance etc. Also it is an admissible packet with a welcome letter, a swimming survey to be completed by your DS, and the authorized footwear memo. Hope this helps!
 
When my son went through the process last year, I believe there were actually three separate times that information and requested forms were released during the spring. They don't hit you with everything all at once.
 
As stated above, it will come in increments. Just finish it as it comes into the portal.
 
Also, pls READ all the pdf files attached to the portal. Instructions as well as some forms are inside the pdf. In some cases, you need to click links in the pdf to get the form that needs to be filled up.
 
Some requirements/deadlines MAY be different depending on whether your cadet candidate is an athlete, current service member, prep, international, etc. So pls don't get confused by others posting questions about their paperwork. Just complete what's on your own portal and you'd be fine. For specific questions, the portal also provides email/phone contact info of the "experts" on the particular paperwork required from you.
 
Get the dental exam scheduled soon, especially if your son may need to have his wisdom teeth removed. I think WP said they wanted all the dental forms, panorex, and procedures finished and submitted by at least one month before R Day.

It’s been about a month and my instructions still say “not available yet”
 
Also regardless of portal status after accepting your appointment, if you're a US citizen you need to upload your birth certificate and SSN jpg using Docs upload from portal. No need to wait for the checklist to appear via portal.

Yes, I turned in things that were available in the upload folder, but I see nowhere to submit things like dental records and immunization forms.
 
There are pdf files that give detailed instructions on what/where/how/when to submit which items(Admissible Kit #1, Instructions for Applicants Offered Admission Class of 2026). They also come with specific forms that you submit together with the dental recs and immuniz.

If you didn't get the forms/pdf yet, please wait for it to appear on your portal. It'll be all clear on what to do once you've read the pdf’s - it's very detailed. If you still have questions after that, it's probably due to some special circumstances specific to you. The pdf also says who to ask for help.

I attached here the Table of Contents of the said instructions pdf. It's 19 pages total cover-to-cover.

Some items MAY be specific to you if you're an athlete, prior service, college re-app, prep. DS is none of those, so his portal is probably regular looking.
