They say some time in July. Basically, I'd start checking late June to Mid July and it'll probably show up. I don't actually know though, they don't specifically state.

For the class of 2021 they originally stated that the application would open on July 1st. It ended up getting pushed back to August 15th.

Same for class of 2020. Don't expect before august.

It will open after the class of 2021 enters and the admissions department takes a few weeks to catch their breath.
