USMA vs UCLA ROTC

Hello everyone, I received a full ROTC scholarship to UCLA. However the deadline to accept it already passed a few weeks ago and I did not accept it because I accepted an appointment to the USMA. If i had a change of heart, would i still be able to accept the full scholarship or is there no going back?

Hummmmm. Deadlines? I thought time sensitive and perishable decisions had value? I wonder if I could write contracts without this clause and still grow my business? Interesting.
