OP, Find a retired military Dr. who is still practicing and specializes in allergy and immunology and make an appt for them to review your medical history and administer an allergy test.( Our Dr. was a board certified retired 0-6 who was previously in charge of several army clinics.) Preferably a blood test as they seem to be more accurate that the usual skin test. If the results show no reactions then I would have the Dr. write a report so you can submit to DoDMERB and your RC. My DS was DQ for the same reason for AROTC, we went this route and DQ was waived 90 days later. I will say these are different times and as I recall your waiver authority is different than the ROTC surgeon general. Best of luck
