Out of all the people who apply to the academy, about how many people are admitted to USMAPS?

Wikipedia estimates about 240 Cadet Candidates per year. Not all of them receive appointments to West Point after their first year.

The Cadets I spoke to during my visit who had previously attended the Prep School said they loved USMAPS! It seems to mean a lot to those who’ve been there
