USMMA "Medically Disqualified"

Hello, I am currently applying to USMMA , and my application has switched from "hold' to "medically disqualified". I am still under DoDMERB review in my DoDMERB portal, but only my USMMA application has switched. Does this mean my waiver was denied? Thank you in advance.

A waiver decision only occurs when on the DoDMERB and Academy website, it dispalys a waiver decision...Granted or Denied.
