How is a past case of rhabdomyolysis viewed as it pertains to a waiver potential? The applicant has fully healed and the episode happened 4 years prior to admission.

I don't want to sound like a broken record, but no one on these forums, unless they are a member of a waiver board, can give you an answer. EVERY case is unique and decided based on the needs of the particular service that you wish to enter. Army may waive, Navy may not, NROTC may waive, AROTC may not, it seems to be dependent on the year, how many waivers have already been granted, and how badly the service wants you.

If you review all the past threads, and the left side of DoDMERB website it may give you some ideas. I have also seen floating around out in these forums a DoD Inst that lists the "unwaivable" conditions for the services. Best to research, but if you don't at least try, you will never know. Just have backup plans ready in case. Good Luck!
