My DS was told by his admissions counselor a few weeks ago that the person who inputs all ACT grades is locked out of the system. That is the only thing that is lacking for his application to be complete and it was technically turned in back in July. We have actually sent it in 4 times thinking that for some reason it wasn't going through. Has anyone had an ACT score added to their app lately? BGOs--do yall have any insight as to when this may be resolved? TIA

Maybe your son could follow up via the admissions chat 
widget? I recall that the test score retrieval is a physical process. I also would think that a lock out would be resolved after ‘a couple weeks’ time.
There are issues with the candidates forward facing portal check marks. You could call/email and confirm where things stand.

Just curious if you have found out any information about this or if your scores were accepted? My scores were initially entered in July, but I am still waiting for them to be updated.
My DD is waiting too. Initial scores from July are posted but her updated ones are not showing up. She sent them again in August and September hoping they would go through each time. She said she was going to reach out to admissions if they don't show up by next week.
