USNA Plebe Summer Webpage 2028 Update?

If you have gone through the admissions process and have accepted an appointment in the Class of 2028, you should receive a letter from the Office of the Provost in your Permit to Report (PTR) packet (typically mailed at the beginning of April).

Last year, the PTR was updated the first week of May and the I/Day report times were emailed the last week of May.

You can refer to last year’s PTR links and get started on some of the necessary components. Get a 5th polio dose and the TB quantiferon-gold blood test (and any other missing vaccines you may have). Make sure you have a current eye exam and glasses prescription, if needed. If you don’t have a civilian passport, submit the paperwork before you report.

May we print "Immunization Record for United States Naval Academy Appointees" on 1 page (both sides)? Or it must be on 2 pages?
