USNA Portal Not Updating

It's closing in on 3 weeks since I came through as medically qualified on the DoDMerb site. It said it was posted on 2/1 and that it was Mailed N/A. Does this mean it won't be mailed or that it just hasn't been received? Just wondering because my academy portal still doesn't show that they have it.
