Even though applications are up in number, MOC's still have the same amount of slots and noms. I beleive that if you are 3Q'd with a nom then the chances of getting in are still about 75%. The 75% is based on last years #'s. The 75% may be slightly overstated if MOC's have not used their entire slate of 10 in the past and are now. If it is overstaed I do not think it is significantly. It is very impressive to be 3'Q'ed. I hope everyone who is still waiting (like my son) does not underestimate their accomplishment to date.
