"Big Z" set to commission 15 Oct in Baltimore during Fleet Week, first of her class. Blue Angels will be doing a show at the Harbor.
I am working on the committee supporting activities for the crew and families. Commissioning brings a ship alive, a wonderful thing to watch.
I suspect USNA and GWU NROTC mids going SWO will be invited to visit/support.
I actually have a Vine-like video snippet of her first day of sea trials, but was only able to upload photo, not the video snip. A very different ship profile!
