Uh....the smiley face means Humey was "kidding." (The OP wasn't clear on how those two locations were related. Therein lies the joke. Subtle, but quite clear).

I just thought it was funny how he connected Mexico and Hawaii. One being a state in the union (last time I checked) and the other is a foreign nation with areas that are prone to violence due to drug cartels. I wasnt even going to put a smiley face but I figured someone was going to take me seriously
