Videos went away

Did anyone else have their videos for the CFA parts just go away. They have been in the uploaded documents and had green checks for a month and today were just gone and now showing red X...

My DD had to re-do her push up video. They changed that to a red X. She redid it and it’s showing that it’s loaded but still has a red X.
 
My DS had to re-do his push ups video as well. Tbh I think it had more to do w the clothes he had on and the angle the video was taken than it did w his form. Was a quick easy fix though.

DD had same happen and was contacted by RC that video needed to be redone for form. She made the corrections and re-uploaded and they were approved.
 
Yeah I’ve been 3Q’d and already accepted appointment but mine went away today as well.
 
So, if your videos are no longer does it mean they aren't accepted? o_O DS said something about there being red next to them today but he just thought it was something with his portal or the system, so he uploaded them again. How will he know if they need to be re-done...not a lot of time left, yikes!

I will suggest if your DS can contact his admission officer to get the correct answer. My DS contacted his Admission officer related to a portal question (when one of his LOR from a teacher was not showing up). He was very nice and responded very quickly.
 
My DS just logged in and it shows "x's" for his pushup and pullup videos too. He received his 3Q letter last week.

Thanks for sharing that tidbit. Maybe it’s just a tech issue going on but I did suggest he reach out to both his admissions rep and FFR. His admissions rep has not been great through the process of getting back to him but his FFR has been. I just don’t know if the FFR has the same access admissions does so may not be able to “see” or confirm for DS
 
Amen! I love you right now! I truly hope that is the case with DS but you have brought my blood pressure down some:) Thank you for your quick response, he has not heard anything back yet.
 
Ms Muller from admissions confirmed to DS that videos were mistakenly deleted when they were trying to clean things up & they do have them. Thank you for your help!
