I plan to apply for USMA. The last time i had a vision test was a couple years ago and i was told i needed a "SLIGHT CORRECTION", didnt get glasses or contacts because i can see fine (IMO, never have problems reading..ect..), should i just go ahead and get eye wear???

thanks in advance!

When you say "slight correction" is your vision 20/20 uncorrected? Either way to not get DQ'd on the eye exam you need eye sight that is correctable to 20/20 in each eye.

Don't waste the money on glasses you don't need. As long as your vision is correctable to 20/20 at the doctor's office you are fine. Doesn't matter if you walk around with vision that isn't 20/20, only that when you put glasses on it gets to 20/20. Once at the Academy if you aren't 20/20 you will likely be issued glasses to wear as needed.
