VMI Parent Weekend

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting several people who will have and continue to have a positive impact on my Rat. There was never any doubt that he is where he belongs. However, I now feel like I belong too. VMI families are very special. It’s not just the Rats who get tremendous support, but the families as well. I tailgated with my son’s Uncle Dyke’s family, and it was fabulous (even lining up at 2:45 am)

Welcome to the VMI family. A family it is for sure. Hold on to every moment because it may not seem like it right now but, let me tell you the 4 years will be over before you know it. It just flies by. My DS graduated in May. Still seems like we just dropped him off for matriculation.
