Back in September I was medically disqualified because of asthma. I started the waiver process, and I had my remedial appointments on December 23rd. Based on the tests, the doctors determined I actually did not have asthma! I am now just waiting to hear back from DODmerb. It says on the website that my admission status is "in process", and pending waiver submission/review as of January 20th 2010. My question is, how long will it take for a decision to actually be made, and when will I be informed if I have recieved a waiver?

Cut and paste you posting; provide your full name and last 4 SSN; and send to Larry.Mullen@dodmerb.tma.osd.mil. I can assist U better from there.:thumb:

Your statements are NOT accurate. If DoDMERB rendered a determination that you did NOT meet medical standards, you are awaiting the Academies/ROTC programs to render a waiver decision. DoDMERB does NOT make waiver decisions:thumb:
