Waiver for childhood Tuberculosis positive???

Question for DODMERB -
Candidate was tested at 10yrs old and showed 'positive' for TB. He did the required 6 months of medicine and was cleared. It is now on his record. Will he need a WAIVER for a Service Academy ? No big deal, right ??? hope so.
 
TB Positive

My son had a positive TB test and a chest x-ray showed a spot on his lung. Took anti-biotics for 4 months. Took a clearance letter from our health dept. that cleared him for school and to work in the hospital to his DoDMERB exam and nothing was said and he did not receive a disqualification letter regarding it.
