Waiver from USNA to NROTC Waiting Since June

I have been waiting for my waiver to be approved after transferring from USNA to NROTC. My portal states Under Waiver Review. My single DQ came in April. I supplied all requested information to DoDMERB in June as requested by ROTC. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in reaching someone that can help me move my waiver review forward despite continually reaching out to DoDMERB. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

DoDMERB doesn't grant waivers. Waivers are granted by the commissioning authority, in this case NROTC. You're now in a different pool with different waiver rules.
