Hi, I was disqualified by DoDMERB for a couple concussions but got a waiver from USNA in about a week. I haven't received one from NROTC yet and it's been about a month. Has anyone received a waiver for USNA but not NROTC? Thanks!

Have you received an NROTC scholarship yet? For NROTC, no waiver will be initiated until you are awarded a scholarship and NROTC requests it.
