So I'm a reapplicant for USMA and was granted a waiver during last year's application cycle. I filled out the remedial form this year in October and was deemed "Medically Qualified". In January, I received an appointment to USMA right before the DODMERB website came back online. After that, my medical status went back to disqualified and now says "Requested Waiver". I just asked my regional commander if there were any issues since its been like that for six weeks, and he said that I was "in the waiver process and was awaiting a decision". I'm pretty confused by this since I already received a waiver and an appointment, so I was just wondering if anybody knows if this is just because of the DODMERB website rebooting, or is USMA redoing my waiver process?
