DS was turned down medically for the USNA back in March because he didn't get a waiver for color blindness, but was encouraged to reapply for the class of '27. We are in the process of doing so (but he won't complete the entire packet until mid-fall as a college re-applicant since he needs to provide his updated college experiences), and just found out that his medical exam had been moved back under waiver review last week. Obviously after now having some prior experience with the DodMerb process I know this may take a while, but wondered what the time frame might look like if the waiver process is initiated in the summer rather than the winter at the height of application madness?
