I understand that every case is unique, but I am wondering if anyone had any information or even a guess at what percent of people who failed the medical test ended up getting approved on appeal. I am curious as to whether it is a long shot (25 percent or less) or is there a reasonable chance (say 50 percent)?

I am sure that the academies do not communicate these results, but given the experience of people on these boards, there might be an intelligent estimate. Thanks.

Waiver success is totally dependent upon the condition being evaluated.

For some conditions it will be near 0%. For others near 100%. You can't lump them all into one category to make a statistic that means anything.
