Waiver timeline for college applicants

I am wondering if anyone has any insight over the waiver timeline for college re-applicants. I just have an application with the Naval Academy and from my understanding last year, the waiver process comes after a Conditional Offer of Appointment. That being said, I submitted my PHQ in September and have been pending waiver review since. I’ve reached out to my assigned tech a few times with the same result - the waiver authorities have not made a decision.... My app to the Academy has been completed as of Jan 10 with my college transcript and I was told college applications get reviewed upon the receipt of their transcript - usually in late Jan/February. Just wondering if any personal evidence they’d like to share that relates to my situation. Thanks

Correct answer - Contact your Admissions Officer, not DoDMERB. Waivers are determined @ the Academy
