Looking to see if anyone has ever had experience getting a waiver for a childhood food allergy that doesn't exist anymore?
 
There is a lot of information on the forum. Simply type allergy in search and you will find quite a few threads covering allergies to tree nuts, pistachios, peanuts and more.....

I was granted a waiver for food allergies (certain fruits and pistachios) due to no history of anaphylactic reactions.

This could be outstanding news ... if you are willing to share ... what were your reactions? In the recent past, USAFA refused waivers if hives were the reaction.

Luckily my reactions were all internal, mild itchy throat and mouth.
