I was granted a waiver by the USMMA (still on hold) and denied by USNA, without them ever requesting a waiver. If I do not get into USMMA, and wish to reapply the following year to USNA, will my USMMA waiver have any bearing on the USNA waiver decision? I do understand that each SA has their own people look at the waivers, but I read somewhere that USMMA defers to the Navy on their waiver decisions. Not sure if that is accurate. Just don't want to start the whole application process again if my medical condition is a non starter for the USNA. Without the USNA requesting a waiver this time, I just do not know where I stand on this. Thoughts?
