Waivers processed more quickly this time of year?

Are waivers processed faster during this time of year because there's presumably less volume than say January onward?

P.S. Yeah, yeah, I am prepared to wait until April 15th.

The service waiver reviewers are busy now trying to clear waivers for their ROTC cadets so their scholarship can be activated to pay for this semester. If they don’t clear now, the kids/parents are on the hook for this semester for those whose scholarship is still on hold.
