Weird SLE

Our DS applied for SLE this year. He was kind of late, good but not great candidate, so we told him not to get his hopes up.

Last week, much to his surprise, he got an acceptance email. He accepted, then got a PDF with items he needed to complete. He was very excited, and insisted that he and my wife complete those items this week. So they spent the last few days running around and doing these items.

Today he went to his portal to upload the items and it says sorry, but he was not accepted.

Anyone have a clue? This is pretty messed up.

The only people that can answer your question is USMA...sounds like it is possibly an error...but again they are the only ones to tell you exactly what happened.
Call first thing Monday morning.

That's a pretty major "error".

How is your son? Hopefully this can be straightened out on Monday. Hopeful USMA does the right thing and fixes this asap.
