West Point Class of 2025 pistols

I had read somewhere to contact the Captain of the USMA Pistol Team; they should know what to do. But from past history, I think you should hear from this person around November 2024, and there will be hard deadlines for deposits, e.g., hard deposit deadline - maybe January 2025, and final payment deadline - maybe March 2025. The November communication from the Captain or some person in charge will include a link that has the form to complete your order, etc. Some say 'don't forget the case - to go with the gun' if you don't already have one waiting for it.
 
Typically they come out around Thanksgiving and final payments are usually due in early January.

For those interested, Pistol Team Class of 2025 is currently designing the various styles of Class Pistols. I confirmed this with my Cadet, who has a friend on the team. Once drafted, all Cadets will be sent an email surveying interest in final designs. Class Pistol Order Forms are likely to follow. There is usually about 3 or 4 designs and price points to choose from. From prior years' posts, ordering starts around November and can be paid in installments.

Ask your Cadet to keep an eye out for this "draft" email and any follow-up ordering instructions. If you wish to keep it a surprise, I'm sure someone here will post a link to the order PDF (if it follow past year's SOP) when it comes out.

With the sad passing of Dustan Saunders does anyone know who is now handling the coordination with Colt's for class pistols?
 
Any further information on this? I heard there was an email sent to cadets to gauge I interest, yet nothing since on whether they would actually be offered, if so what models, and any down payment/payment information

So sorry to hear about LC Saunders. Spoke with him once, and he was very gracious and informative. His obituary speaks to a life well lived
