Is West Point doing visits?

Yes, if you search on the forum you can see that the visits are primarily for applicants who have applied and have been invited.

If you have an acceptance, you can do an overnight as long as you are vaccinated. If not vaccinated, you can only do a morning admissions brief and follow a cadet until lunch. The signup is in your admissions portal. Once you log in, it is on the first page where it says candidate tours and a button to apply.

Yes. DS said he and his roommate have escorted at least one candidate around last semester.
