What are my chances of getting in the USAFA?

Just started Junior year so these my "First" SAT scores and and current classes, clubs, and sports.
GPA 3.96 unweighted
SAT math-720
SAT reading-700
AP U.S. History
AP Psychology
AP English Lang.
Chemistry
Pre-Claculus
Community service club
Humanitarian club
NHS
Varsity Football
(was JV team captain, aiming for Varsity team captain senior year)
Varsity Track
30 hours of community service(will do more)
.....Any suggestions and advice on what I should change or do to become more a more competitive candidate to the USAFA.

One thing I think you may be lacking is in leadership. It is a huge part of the application (20% or 30%), and besides JV captain (which is a good one) you didn’t really have anything.How about trying to start a fundraiser in NHS, or something. One thing I did is volunteer at a sports camp and help young kids learn about a sport you love! Its fun and looks great on an application.Maybe you just didn’t put them down, but were any of the community service hours helping teach, leading a group of people for something, or anything along those lines?


You have great academics, awesome GPA, SAT and AP’s. You also have good EC’s.

Honestly I can’t say what your chances are, since I’m not on the admissions board.
