What Computer Should I bring for the Citadel?

I’m going to be attending the Citadel this upcoming fall semester. I was wondering what type of computer I should bring? Would my MacBook be okay or should I buy one of the 4 options they list? I also have a gaming laptop that meets the spec requirements but I’m concerned that bringing a gaming pc might not be the best idea to say the least.

If you are not an engineering major a macbook will be fine. That is what I use. I'm pretty sure on the Matriculation Headquarters website there is a list of computer recommendations.
