What does this mean?

Hi all,

My application portal in DoDMERB says date letter sent single disqualification. Does this mean that my service academy application process is over now and I have been medically DQed?

This is what it all says;

06-Sep-18 Date letter sent - Remedial(s) with clin Remedial(s) R252.11
06-Sep-18 Date letter sent - Remedial(s) with clin Remedial(s) R252.11
06-Sep-18 Medical data entry
06-Sep-18 Date exam reviewed
06-Sep-18 Date exam reviewed
08-Sep-18 Date exam received at DoDMERB
13-Sep-18 Date exam received at DoDMERB
14-Sep-18 Date letter sent - Single Disqualification R252.11,D271.40
14-Sep-18 Date letter sent - Single Disqualification

However, both agencies have differing current medical statuses: Remedial Requested, and Under DoDMERB Review
 
Looking at the DoDMERB codes, D271.40 = upload_2018-9-17_10-31-47.png

and R252.11 = upload_2018-9-17_10-33-13.png

I'm assuming there should be some sort of correspondence listed on the "view my status" portion of the DoDMERB site. In my DS case, he had to complete a form and send it back to a case worker.
 
Your process is definitely not over! DODMERB has a great document written by Larry Mullen that explains the remedial and waiver processes.
