What else do I send?

I have a NAPS LOA, an allergy to some tree nuts, and a history of asthma. I just took and aced an oral food challenge for the nuts and did a methacholine challenge last week. DoDMERB is now requesting the same administrative stuff I had to send when I did the tests (see below). I sent my allergy/asthma doctor's notes, previous skin prick tests, and all records of prescriptions that I used. Is it common for DoDMERB to request the same docs multiple times? I'm wondering if I should resend the IgE test they had me do, but they have a copy of it in their system. I've never been hospitalized for asthma and only had a brief ER visit for the tree nuts. I'm unsure of who I should contact about this. I have someone from USNA's medical, but he just said to copy him on medical appointment dates and documents that I send to DoDMERB.

I received notice that DoDMERB requires additional AMI:

R270.00Provide copies of all medical records regarding History of acute allergic reaction to fish, crustaceans, shellfish, peanuts, or tree nuts. Please provide all physician notes and copies of laboratory reports related to this condition.
R240.00Provide copies of all medical and surgical health records regarding history of asthma, reactive airways, bronchospasm, wheezing, and the use of inhaled medications from your 12th birthday to the present

I believe that I have sent all medical documentation listed in the codes, and everything else I can think of. I have already sent my allergy/asthma doctor's notes (along with her phone number and name) previous skin prick tests, and all records of prescriptions that I used. I'm wondering if I should resend the IgE test I did, but I believe it is already in their system. I believe I was also given a methacholine test as well as a spirometry test at the allergy and asthma center DODMETS sent me to. I've never been hospitalized for asthma and only had a brief ER visit for the tree nuts. If you are able to provide any additional information or specifications, I would greatly appreciate it.

Did you send all the test results and notes in with your original DODMETS application or is this your second round of AMI’s?

We had to do most of our tests for an Asthma waiver twice, once for West Point and a second time for AROTC Scholarship. The folks at DODMETS were always very responsive to our questions, so I would email them and tell them what you have turned in and ask what they have sent to the Waiver Authority.
