What fees are covered with ROTC Scholarship?

Hi! The 4 year scholarship says it covers 'tuition and fees'...what fees does that cover? Does it include the fee for health insurance coverage or is that separate?

When do you see the scholarship applied to your account?

I'm not sure which service you're specifically asking about, but our Army Cadet's school health fee is covered. I don't think there's any coverage for health insurance.

The scholarship will be on the bill as a "pending credit". It will be paid to the school some time after contracting. You wouldn't need to front any money while it's pending.

No health insurance. ROTC cadets do not get Tricare.

Covered the school clinic on campus but it does not cover insurance.
