What is 3Q?

Hi all,

I am curious as to what being “3Q” means… I recently (about a week ago or so) received a message on my USMA Candidate Portal with a message on West Point stating that I am qualified (not triple?) and thus need to submit my 7th semester transcript as soon as it becomes possible. Am I triple qualified? And what can I expect in coming weeks if I am? Thank you all for your help and I look forward to reading your responses (hopefully).

If it is the correspondence I think it is, Qualified = 3Q

They want 7th semester transcripts from all qualified candidates to make sure you stay qualified.

3Q – Triple Qualified - Informal term for being qualified physically (CFA), academically (GPA and test scores), and medically (DoDMERB)

Did you receive a correspondence titled "Candidate File Qualified" in "Official Correspondence" section of the portal with a following message:

We have received all your application information and the Admissions Committee has qualified your file academically, medically and physically.
