What is PMI?

Saw picture of DGD in the stadium yesterday, and she and a fellow female plebe were holding up an iron beam. Apparently they held it the longest (in their company?). She was given PMI. What is PMI? Thx.

Just means you can shut your door and sleep throughout the day instead of having to have your room in inspection-ready status. It means post-Morning Inspection. Nothing that fancy.
