1 day after submitting the first CFA result on 10/26/2020, my DS received an email to retake CFA. She did and submitted the second one on 11/18/2020. Now in her portal both CFA's are marked as "Received and Processed by USAFA" and a check mark next them. As of now, her application is marked as "Complete". Can we safely assume her CFA has passed. Thanks.

Check mark doesn't mean passed, check mark means "Received and Processed". Last year when I failed my first CFA, I got a check mark but was notified later for a retest.
Now, in your case, I wouldn't worry. It's been a month and a half, and they haven't said anything. To me, this indicates a pass. If DS failed the test, they would've informed him by now. Consider DS's test passed and his application fully complete.

Safest bet would be a polite email to admissions. My DD did that and she got a reply back that she passed the CFA.
