Hi all,

I have my scheduled AMI tests tomorrow, and I'm confused on what I should I bring. I thought I needed to print a paper out, but I wasn't able to find the PDF after setting a new appointment time in the DODMETS portal. Should I just bring my ID, Insurance Info, and passport?

I didn’t bring anything. Usually just some sort of identification. Insurance is not needed as you scheduled through CIV Team. Don’t even worry about it. These hospitals that are contracted have no idea what their doing also, and usually will research why your there and help you get whatever AMI you need to get done. One of my AMI hospitals didn’t even know what the Department of Defense was and I had to guide them through the entire process. Just how the government/military works.

Did your hospital site change? Mine went from a medical center to a hospital, so I’m going to make an educated guess and go to the Hospital. Would this be the incorrect move? Will find out tomorrow

Hospitals/centers will always change. For both parts of my AMI, I had different facilities.
